Welcome Max!
Tricia Blasdel, Youth Exchange Coordinator along with Angela Imming and her family welcomed Max Choorjirawong, the club's first exchange student in a number of years, at St. Louis Lambert Airport on Wed. August, 8th.
Max traveled more than 30 hours from Bangkok, Thailand and is looking forward to the American experience.
Max will be studying Civics, US History, Photoshop among other subjects, at Highland High School. Along with basketball, ice skating/hockey, Max is looking forward to his 'food journey'. "I have not found a food that I find disgusting or I do not like. I told my dad I am going on a food journey and I told my friends I would take photos of every meal so they can see, too."
Max will be staying with the Immings until Jan. and then will move with Ashley and Ryan Driemeyer. Learn more about Max at the meeting on August 14th!
