Reviewed the process to reactivate members; also reviewed a/r. Noted that expenses related to Rotary travel are reimbursed. They should be submitted to Maura. Motion to approve by Biddy and seconded by Keith. Motion carries.

Old Business
A discussion was held regarding potential Paul Harris Fellows recipients. Ben and Kevin discussed ways to make donating easier and resources we could use from District.
Angela Kim reported that the survey results are in an have been tabulated. There are a couple of tweaks required before disseminating.
The Highland Rotary club is looking to identify Youth Exchange Officers (YEO) and Counselors (YEC) to promote the Rotary exchange program. There are currently students looking for host families. More details to follow.
Maura will be working with area news outlets to advertise tickets to a Cardinal baseball game to raise funds for the Literacy program.
